How can I reserve a Star Express Limousine?

You can call us at (717) 525-9228 to speak with us. You can also request a quote online by answering a few simple questions. We will contact you shortly to finalize your reservation and any additional details.

Do I Need a Reservation?

Yes. Star Express guarantees service by requesting that all reservations are made at least 48 hours in advance of the reservation date. You are always welcome to call or email us to check availability. However, our service works best we have enough time to prepare to serve you properly.

What is Your Cancellation Policy?

Any Cancellations made less than 24 hours from your reservation time including online booking reservations will be charged the full amount of the reservation.  By making a reservation you agree to Standard Rental Agreement/Terms that apply to any and all reservations online, phone, email and in person reservation made including reservation fees/cancellation fees and any other fees that apply. Failure to accept service upon the arrival of your Star Express limousine will be treated as a late cancellation and will also incur the full charge of service.

Do You Offer Group Travel?

Yes, we are capable of fulfilling your group travel needs. Call us at (717) 525-9228 to let us know the specifics of your travel plans (number of passengers, destination, itinerary) and we will put together a group travel plan that gets everyone in your party where they need to be, regardless of the number of people.

What Are Your Baggage Policies?

We understand that travel by air or train involves the transportation of luggage and baggage as well. First, we encourage you to check with your airline or train provider to ensure that you are knowledgeable on their policies.

As a Star Express Limousine Service passenger, you are entitled to two free bags per passenger. If you will be carrying extra luggage, please specify this at the time of your reservation. We cannot guarantee space in our cars for extra luggage that we are not informed of. An extra charge will be applied to any additional baggage.

Star Express chauffeurs are limited to lifting no more than 55 pounds when loading or unloading baggage or luggage from the vehicle. Additional assistance from passengers or others must be available to the chauffeur in the event of a passenger bag weighing more than 55 pounds.

Star Express accepts no liability for lost or stolen passenger baggage and Star Express passengers acknowledge that their baggage and property remains their responsibility at all times.

Do You Accept Pets in Your Vehicles?

Yes! At Star Express, we love animals! Your pet must be securely contained in a pet carrier at all times and we must be informed of your intent to travel with a pet at the time of your reservation. Pets will also incur an additional charge added to your final bill.

Note that these policies do not apply to service animals.

What are Your Polices Regarding Traveling with Children?

Any child under the age of four must be fastened into a properly installed safety seat in the rear of the vehicle at all times. Children ages 4 through 8 must be restrained in a size-appropriate booster seat. Children ages 8 through 18 must wear a seatbelt in the vehicle at all times.

You Mentioned Safety Seats. Do You Make Them Available?

No. Star Express does not provide child safety seats. Additionally, any and all child safety seats in use in a Star Express limousine must be installed by the child’s parent or legal guardian. Our chauffeurs are not permitted to install child safety seats at any time.

What is Your Inclement Weather Policy?

Star Express will make every effort possible to complete arranged travel as reserved. However, as the weather is completely out of our control, we cannot be held responsible for weather-related delays or cancellations. Additionally, Star Express accepts no responsibility for delays or cancellations due to traffic, mechanical difficulties with a vehicle, or any other uncontrollable circumstance which may impact our ability to serve you.
